This widely known and appreciated variety is valued for its quality and bright, homogeneous color.
With a small stone, the flesh slides off effortlessly, offering a perfect balance between stone and pulp, with no skin felt. T
he delicate, non-threaded pulp enhances its texture. Losada olives are hand-picked using traditional and natural methods to preserve their integrity. Unlike industrial practices,
Losada employs a slow, natural fermentation process in brine, allowing indigenous bacteria and yeasts to develop complex, balanced flavors over weeks or months.
With over 60 years of experience, Losada’s artisanal practices and dedication to sustainability make their olives a global quality benchmark.
